Pão de Queijo are gluten free Brazilian speciality cheese bread. Made with manioc flour, they are a delicious alternative for those seeking a unique gluten free option. Supplied frozen and raw ready to be baked.
Ingredients: manioc flour (GLUTEN FREE), grana padano cheese,gruyère cheese, milk, egg, rapeseed oil & salt. For allergens see ingredients in bold. (produced in a kitchen containing nuts & gluten).

Bake from frozen at 180 °C in a preheated conventional oven. Place directly onto a baking tray 4-5cm apart.
Bake for 25mins or until golden brown.
